Dr. Geneviève Guertin obtained her Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Université Montréal in 1996. She then completed a multidisciplinary residency program at St. Mary’s Hospital in Montreal. Dr. Guertin then continued her studies in Los Angeles, where she obtained a certificate in prosthodontics and a master’s degree in medical education from the University of Southern California in 2002. She is a Fellow of the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Canada.
As an associate professor at the Université de Montréal, she teaches implant-supported restoration and fixed prosthodontics to dental and prosthodontic specialty students. Dr. Guertin has been an examiner for the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Canada since 2004. She has published on numerous topics, including bone loss, gold inlays, implants and esthetics.
